Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: Is the BFUHS NEET UG 2026 merit list final?
A: No, it is provisional. Candidates can raise objections in person at the Admission Branch, BFUHS, Faridkot. After considering objections, a revised/final merit list will be published. - Q: How do I check my rank in the BFUHS merit list?
A: Open the official PDF and use the search function (Ctrl+F) to find your NEET roll number or full name, since the list is long and not easy to browse manually. - Q: What is the BFUHS merit list based on?
A: It is based solely on NEET UG 2026 marks and rank, along with the category and quota applied for. There is no separate entrance test or interview for MBBS/BDS admission in Punjab. - Q: Can I raise an objection if my details in the merit list are incorrect?
A: Yes, but objections must be submitted in person at the Admission Branch, BFUHS, Faridkot during the specified objection period. No objections are accepted via email, phone, or online forms. - Q: What percentile do I need to qualify for BFUHS counselling?
A: General/EWS candidates need at least the 50th percentile, SC/ST/OBC candidates need the 40th percentile, and PwD candidates need the 45th percentile in NEET UG. These are minimum qualifying marks, not guarantees for seat allotment.
