When will the CBSE Date Sheet 2027 be released?
The CBSE date sheet for the 2027 board exams is expected to be published soon after the completion of the LOC submission and correction process. The board prepares the timetable based on the final examination data submitted by schools through the LOC process. While the exact release date has not been announced, it typically follows the closure of the LOC correction window in early November.
What is the List of Candidates (LOC) submission process?
The LOC submission is a crucial step where schools submit details of students appearing for the board exams. For the 2027 session, the LOC submission started on September 24, 2026, and the regular deadline is October 21, 2026. Schools that miss this deadline can submit the LOC by October 30, 2026, by paying a late fee of Rs 2,000 per candidate. This process ensures that the board has accurate information to prepare the exam schedule and other logistics.
Is there a correction window for LOC submissions?
Yes, CBSE has scheduled a correction window from November 2 to November 4, 2026. During this time, schools can make corrections to candidate details such as the name of the candidate, parent or guardian, and date of birth. No corrections will be allowed after this window closes, so it is important for schools and students to verify all information carefully.
How can students download the CBSE Date Sheet 2027?

What about private candidates for CBSE 2027?
CBSE has not yet released official notifications regarding the application process, registration dates, or fees for private candidates for Classes 10 and 12 in 2027. In previous years, private candidate applications opened in September. Candidates should watch for official announcements that will include eligibility criteria, application deadlines, examination fees, and instructions for selecting exam centers.
In summary, students preparing for the CBSE Class 10 and 12 board exams in 2027 should keep track of the LOC submission deadlines and correction window. They should also regularly check the official CBSE website for the release of the date sheet and other important updates to ensure they have the correct information for their exam preparation.
