- Scientist B (Chemical) and Scientist B (Geophysics) Group A (Cat-II): Same as above.
- Assistant Hydrogeologist, Group ‘B’: Master’s degree in Geology, Applied Geology, Marine Geology, or Hydrogeology.
- Assistant Chemist and Assistant Geophysicist, Group ‘B’: Master’s degree or Integrated Master’s in Chemistry or related fields.
