- Graduation with at least 50% marks and a 1-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed./L.T./Shiksha Shastri) (Regular/Institutional).
- Graduation with at least 45% marks and a 1-year B.Ed. as per NCTE regulations.
- Senior Secondary with 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
- Senior Secondary with 50% marks and a 4-year integrated B.A. B.Ed. or B.Sc. B.Ed. degree.
